Terms of Service
The rules for using ShortN Menus, purchasing keys, and accessing downloads.

1. Scope
These Terms govern access to the ShortN Menus website, store, licenses, launcher downloads, and related services. By creating an account or purchasing a key you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws. We may refuse service where required.
3. Accounts
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
4. Licenses
Purchasing a plan grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the related product according to the plan (duration, activations). Keys remain our property; you receive a usage right only.
5. HWID & activations
Licenses may be bound to hardware IDs with a maximum number of activations. Sharing, reselling, or circumventing activation limits is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in the store. Payment is processed by Stripe and/or NOWPayments. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
7. Refunds
Because licenses are digital goods, refunds are generally not available after delivery or activation, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise or in case of clear duplicate/failed charges.
8. Prohibited use
Do not reverse engineer beyond applicable law, attack our infrastructure, abuse support, share keys publicly, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
9. Availability & updates
Products, detection status, and downloads may change. We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and game updates can temporarily affect functionality.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, bans, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies to new purchases and continued use after notice. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected.
